The classes offered were well put together and very informative. I had the pleasure of being taught by three different trainers and they were all professional and engaging in their presentation of the material. The supporting staff are very kind and fun natured as well. I took a lot away from the training I received at your center and had an enjoyable time for the week I was there.
I went through the HACCP and SQF Practitioner Training this week and the training was great and the customer service was even better. I did the webinar and Essence Carter assured that I had all of the required resources. All of the trainers were exceptional.
I wanted to thank you for the help you gave us in preparing for our SQF audit. Both Sparks locations passed this week and all the preparation you guided us through really made the difference! It was probably the most intense audit I have ever been a part of and so I really thank you for all the support!
The Owners and Senior Leadership Team of the Bryce Company decided to implement SQF Standards for producing a Safe Quality Food package to meet our customer’s needs and to comply with the Food Safety Modernization Act. After going through the Gap Analysis, reviewing pre-requisite programs, and understanding all of the documentation and processes that were required, we knew implementing SQF Standards would prove a significant and yet worthwhile undertaking for our Company. At the very beginning of this process, we met with Christina Astorga, President of Food Safety & Quality Systems (FSQS). Christina, along with her husband Marty and their entire team, helped us form our on-site internal team and walked us through the SQF Codes and Modules required to seek Level 2 Certification. The FSQS team has continued with us every step of the process. They are knowledgeable and highly skilled in their field, and each team member has years of training and experience in Food Safety and Quality. I wanted to express how pleased I was with the PCQI training earlier this week. I was dreading sitting 2 ½ days in a classroom listening to someone drone on about food safety. Christina made it very, I almost said exciting, but a very tolerable class. The days zipped by. Your presentation of the production facility was very informative as well. It is evident how much you have put into that place; financially and otherwise. You guys have put together a great service to our industry. It is appreciated.
Thank you for your organization’s assistance in our training needs. I was very impressed over the last two days with the HACCP training I received and in learning all about HACCP in detail.I have sat through many training courses in my career. I can honestly say that I probably walked away with more knowledge in just two short days I spent with you than I have in other courses that lasted a week.Our instructor, Tammy was very knowledgeable in all the questions that our group asked. Tammy was very enthusiastic and went above and beyond to keep our group engaged and interacting. She made our learning experience exceptional.I will defiantly recommend Food and Quality Systems, LLC to other colleagues in the industry and will continue to send our employees to you for future learnings. I would like to take some time to say thank you for having me. It was a pleasure! I found the course very insightful and helpful. I really enjoyed my trainer as well. Rochelly took the time to make sure everyone in the class could apply the material to their specific plants in an effort to get a real grasp of the information. I truly enjoyed her! I was also able to speak with the SQF trainer, Angela as well. She took time out of her busy day to send an email to my QA director to inquire if I could attend her class as well. I must say that I love having such hands on instructors that follow up with their students. What a wonderful group of instructors you have. I hope to return in the near future for the SQF course. I attended the SQF Practioner class Sept 15 & 16 I recently took my SQF Practioner test on Oct 7 and passed on the first try. I did alot of studying to prepare for exam and the questions were harder than I thought. The class prepared me for exam but many of the questions weren't even on my test. Also, when taking exam you need to click on answer, not the number. We wasted 5 minutes trying to figure out how to answer questions. Thanks again Angela for teaching the class and hope to take another class soon.

I have attended many classes and workshops and this was hands down the best training I have received. Everyone in the whole building was a pleasure to be around. I highly recommend them for any type of food safety class!

The SQF class was well taught and the instructor made it very interesting and applicable to every department in a food manufacturing operation. I would recommend this class to anyone who is seeking SQF certification. I would recommend that each participant was given name badges so everyone could get to know each other on a first name and company basis.
