All cancellations must be received at least 10 business days prior to the training course. Registration fee refunds will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds will be made for requests received after that time. Participant substitutions will be allowed at any time for the scheduled course. Transfer of registration to another scheduled date will be honored if course is attended within 90 days and contingent upon a minimum 3 business day request of transfer. If the course is not attended within such time frame, registration fees shall be forfeited.
Training Course fees are subject to change without notice. Training Course dates are subject to change. In the event of a course cancellation due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, Food Safety & Quality Systems, LLC is not responsible for participants’ travel/rebooking costs.
