FSMA Preventive Controls for Human Food- PCQI Training: Day 1 and 2: 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Day 3: 8:00 a.m.-12 p.m.
As a registrant for the FSMA Preventive Controls for Human Food- PCQI Training, please be advised to bring the following items to training class:
- process flow chart and finished product specification for an item produced on the same line
- bring 3-5 raw material and/or packaging specifications with you to utilize during an in class exercise
Certified HACCP Training: Day 1 and 2: 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
As a registrant for the Certified HACCP training, please be advised to bring the following items to training class:
- process flow chart and finished product specification for an item produced on the same line
- bring 3-5 raw material and/or packaging specifications with you to utilize during an in class exercise
Implementing SQF Systems Practitioner Training: Day 1 and 2: 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
Internal Auditor Training: Day 1 and 2: 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
As a registrant for the Internal Auditor training, please be advised to bring the following items to training class:
- facility’s entire pest control program book
GMP Training: Day 1: 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m.

The hotel is approximately 6 miles from the training center and 1 miles from Midway airport. Complimentary hotel shuttles from/to the airport and to/from the training site are available by reserving the shuttle through the hotel. If driving, please note that some GPS’s have a known error with our address and take participants past our location on Kitty Ave.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be received at least 10 business days prior to the training course. Registration fee refunds will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds will be made for requests received after that time. Cancellations must be received in writing by e-mail at marty@fsnqs.com or by U.S. mail (10103 Kitty Ave, Chicago Ridge, IL 60415 ATTN: Marty Astorga.)
Participant substitutions will be allowed at any time for the scheduled course. Transfer of registration to another scheduled date will be honored if course is attended within 90 days and contingent upon a minimum 3 business day request of transfer. If the course is not attended within such time frame, registration fees shall be forfeited.
Training Course fees are subject to change without notice. Training Course dates are subject to change. In the event of a course cancellation due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, Food Safety & Quality Systems, LLC is not responsible for participants’ travel/rebooking costs.
